TANKER is a professional Chinese concrete batching plant manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales, installation and after-sales service. With about 30 years of industry experience, we supply equipment and complete concrete-production solutions for ready-mix, infrastructure and construction projects.
Our core range includes stationary, mobile, compact and enclosed low-dust batching plants; JS twin-shaft mixers; aggregate batching machines; screw conveyors; cement silos; weighing, dosing and control systems; auxiliary equipment and spare parts. Our manufacturing base is located in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.

Factory and manufacturing capability
The manufacturing base covers about 40 mu (approximately 26,700 m²). Standardized workshops support fabrication and assembly of steel structures, aggregate bins, mixer platforms and transportable plant modules.
A team of around 120 employees includes more than 10 senior engineers who prepare process schemes, layouts and drawings for the required capacity, concrete types, aggregate grading, power supply and foundation conditions.
Before dispatch, major mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and dosing assemblies are checked against the approved configuration, then separated, packed and loaded in installation sequence. The photos below show four different production stages inside the workshop.
How a project runs
1.Establishing the requirement
We establish the capacity required, the type of concrete, the working regime and the site conditions.
2.Technical configuration
We settle the layout and select the mixer, bins, transfer method, silos and auxiliary systems.
3.Manufacturing
The equipment is built to the approved drawings and packing list.
4.Factory inspection
The main assemblies, weighing sections and control equipment are checked before dispatch.
5.Delivery
Packing, container loading and transport to the project site are coordinated.
6.Installation and commissioning
Foundation work, assembly, calibration and operator briefing are carried out as the project terms provide.
