Stationary batching plants

The HZS25 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant with a theoretical capacity of 25 m³/h. Its reference configuration combines a JS500 twin-shaft mixer, a PLD800 aggregate batching unit, and separate cement, water, and admixture weighing systems.

The HZS35 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant with a theoretical capacity of 35 m³/h. Its reference configuration combines a JS750 twin-shaft mixer, a PLD1200 aggregate batching unit, and separate cement, water, and admixture weighing systems.

The HZS50 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant with a theoretical capacity of 50 m³/h. Its reference configuration combines a JS1000 twin-shaft mixer, a PLD1600 aggregate batching unit, and separate cement, water, and admixture weighing systems.

HZS60 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant for ready-mix production, road and bridge work, industrial facilities and medium-scale construction projects. The approved reference configuration combines 60 m³/h theoretical capacity, a 1.0 m³ JS1000 twin-shaft forced-action mixer, three 15 m³ aggregate bins and a 500 t/h inclined belt conveyor. The final silo quantity, screw conveyors, enclosure, climate package and electrical scope are selected for the project. Actual output varies with the recipe, mixing time, aggregate moisture, material supply and truck cycle.

The HZS75 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant with a theoretical capacity of 75 m³/h. Its reference configuration combines a JS1500 twin-shaft mixer, a PLD2400 aggregate batching unit, and separate cement, water, and admixture weighing systems.

HZS90 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant for commercial ready-mix, road and bridge construction, industrial facilities and larger building projects. The approved reference configuration combines 90 m³/h theoretical capacity, a 1.5 m³ JS1500 twin-shaft forced-action mixer, three 17 m³ aggregate bins and inclined belt feeding. Silo capacity, screw conveyors, enclosure, climate equipment and final electrical scope are confirmed for each project. Actual output varies with the recipe, mixing time, material flow and truck logistics.

HZS120 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant for commercial ready-mix, road and bridge construction, industrial facilities and large residential projects. The approved reference configuration combines 120 m³/h theoretical capacity, a 2.0 m³ JS2000 twin-shaft forced-action mixer, four 25 m³ aggregate bins and an 800 t/h inclined belt conveyor. Final silos, screw conveyors, environmental systems, climate equipment and electrical scope are selected for the project. Actual site output depends on the recipe, mixing time, material supply and dispatch cycle.

A high-capacity stationary wet-mix batching plant for commercial ready-mix operations, major infrastructure works and long-duration construction projects. The reference configuration combines a JS3000 twin-shaft mixer, four 40 m³ aggregate bins and a 700 t/h belt conveying system. Nominal capacity is 180 m³/h; actual output depends on the mix design, material condition, loading cycle and site organization.

The HZS240 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant with a theoretical capacity of 240 m³/h. Its reference configuration combines a JS4000 twin-shaft mixer, a PLD4800 (4,800 L) aggregate batching unit, and separate cement, water, and admixture weighing systems.
