TANKER is a professional Chinese concrete batching plant manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales, installation and after-sales service. With about 30 years of industry experience, we supply equipment and complete concrete-production solutions for ready-mix, infrastructure and construction projects.
Our core range includes stationary, mobile, compact and enclosed low-dust batching plants; JS twin-shaft mixers; aggregate batching machines; screw conveyors; cement silos; weighing, dosing and control systems; auxiliary equipment and spare parts. Our manufacturing base is located in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.

The manufacturing base covers about 40 mu (approximately 26,700 m²). Standardized workshops support fabrication and assembly of steel structures, aggregate bins, mixer platforms and transportable plant modules.
A team of around 120 employees includes more than 10 senior engineers who prepare process schemes, layouts and drawings for the required capacity, concrete types, aggregate grading, power supply and foundation conditions.
Before dispatch, major mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and dosing assemblies are checked against the approved configuration, then separated, packed and loaded in installation sequence. The photos below show four different production stages inside the workshop.

A dedicated 20-person after-sales team coordinates installation, commissioning, operator training, troubleshooting and spare-parts support according to the project scope.
Foundation checks, mechanical assembly, calibration and trial operation.
Guidance on control, batching, routine inspection and planned maintenance.
Fault diagnosis and technical assistance under the agreed service terms.
Supply of compatible wear parts and critical spares for the confirmed plant configuration.
Tell us the capacity you need and the project conditions — we will work out the right configuration with you.
