HZS25 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant
The HZS25 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant with a theoretical capacity of 25 m³/h. Its reference configuration combines a JS500 twin-shaft mixer, a PLD800 aggregate batching unit, and separate cement, water, and admixture weighing systems.
Overview
Product overview
The HZS25 is designed for centralized concrete production. Its theoretical production capacity is 25 m³/h; actual output depends on the mix design, mixing time, aggregate moisture, material supply continuity, and truck logistics.
Main components
The JS500 twin-shaft mixer discharges 500 L of concrete per cycle. The PLD800 batches aggregate according to the selected recipe. Cement and other powders are conveyed by screw conveyors, while water and admixtures use separate dosing circuits. The automatic control system coordinates batching, mixing, and discharge.
Standard configuration
JS500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer
PLD800 aggregate batching unit
Aggregate, cement, water, and admixture weighing systems
Pneumatic system and automatic controls
Service platforms, stairs, and safety rails
Optional configuration
Cement silos and screws, extra powder or admixture circuits, moisture sensors, enclosure, winter heating, water recycling, video monitoring, and remote diagnostics are selected for each project.
Site and installation
The plant requires a level load-bearing site, foundations prepared to engineering drawings, electricity, water, compressed air, drainage, and truck access. Silo quantity, screw conveyors, final electrical load, and transport modules are confirmed in the technical proposal.
Maintenance and spare parts
The mixer, scales, feeding system, pneumatic components, and discharge gates should be checked each shift. Stocks of liners, blades, shaft seals, bearings, conveyor rollers, filters, and sensors should match the production schedule.
