HZS90 stationary concrete batching plant
HZS90 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant for commercial ready-mix, road and bridge construction, industrial facilities and larger building projects. The approved reference configuration combines 90 m³/h theoretical capacity, a 1.5 m³ JS1500 twin-shaft forced-action mixer, three 17 m³ aggregate bins and inclined belt feeding.
Silo capacity, screw conveyors, enclosure, climate equipment and final electrical scope are confirmed for each project. Actual output varies with the recipe, mixing time, material flow and truck logistics.
Overview
Product overview
HZS90 is a fixed-layout wet-mix plant designed around a JS1500 twin-shaft mixer and a 60-second reference production cycle. The nominal mixer output is 1,500 L per batch and the approved reference mixer drive is 2 × 30 kW.
Aggregate system
Three 17 m³ bins store three aggregate fractions. Aggregate is weighed to the recipe and transferred by inclined belt. The approved maximum aggregate size is 80 mm, subject to the actual concrete recipe and mixer configuration.
Weighing and dosing
The approved reference accuracies are ±2% for aggregate and ±1% for cement, mineral powder, water and chemical admixture. These figures require correct installation, calibration and stable feeding; they are not a substitute for production quality control.
Powder storage
Cement and other approved powders are stored in project-selected silos and delivered by screw conveyor. The reference layout uses 3 × 100 t, but the final number and capacity depend on material consumption, delivery interval and reserve requirements.
Control system
Central automatic control coordinates batching, weighing, transfer, mixing and discharge. Recipe management, production reports, alarms, moisture correction, access permissions and remote functions depend on the ordered automation package.
Reference power and site data
The approved reference nominal power is 190 kW, the reference equipment weight is 59 t and the recommended supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, three phase. Final power must be checked against the selected silos, screws, compressor and optional environmental or climate equipment.
Standard and optional scope
The plant structure, aggregate system, JS1500 mixer, dosing circuits and control system form the core scope. Silos, screw conveyors, air compressor, dust collection, enclosure, heating, cooling, recycling equipment and spare parts are project-specific unless listed.
Site and maintenance
Confirm foundation and ground conditions, vehicle routes, utilities, drainage and maintenance access. Service mixer wear parts and seals, lubrication, conveyor tracking, bin gates, load cells, pneumatic devices, pumps and electrical terminals; recalibrate scales after mechanical work.
Capacity note
90 m³/h is theoretical capacity. Sustained output depends on recipe, batch fill, approved mixing time, aggregate moisture, material replenishment, discharge and truck cycle.
Quotation inputs
Provide average and peak demand, daily output, concrete grades, aggregate fractions and size, working hours, site plan, utilities, climate, silo reserve, environmental requirements and commissioning date.
