HZS60 stationary concrete batching plant
HZS60 is a stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant for ready-mix production, road and bridge work, industrial facilities and medium-scale construction projects. The approved reference configuration combines 60 m³/h theoretical capacity, a 1.0 m³ JS1000 twin-shaft forced-action mixer, three 15 m³ aggregate bins and a 500 t/h inclined belt conveyor.
The final silo quantity, screw conveyors, enclosure, climate package and electrical scope are selected for the project. Actual output varies with the recipe, mixing time, aggregate moisture, material supply and truck cycle.
Overview
Product overview
HZS60 is a fixed-layout wet-mix plant designed for continuous project or commercial concrete production. Its reference configuration uses a 60-second production cycle and a JS1000 twin-shaft mixer with 1,000 L nominal output per batch.
Reference configuration
The approved data set includes three 15 m³ aggregate bins, a 1,600 L batching unit, inclined belt transfer rated at 500 t/h, a 3.8 m discharge height and approximately 100 kW reference total power.
Aggregate and mixing systems
Aggregate fractions are stored separately, weighed and transferred by inclined belt. The listed aggregate accuracy is ±2%. The JS1000 mixer uses two 18.5 kW motors; mixing time follows the approved recipe rather than the shortest possible cycle.
Cement, water and admixtures
Cementitious materials, water and chemical admixtures are measured in their assigned scales and introduced in the configured sequence. Cement weighing accuracy is listed as ±1%; additional powder or admixture circuits must be confirmed.
Control system
Central automatic control coordinates batching, weighing, transfer, mixing and discharge. Recipe management, batch reports, alarms, user permissions, moisture correction and remote functions depend on the ordered automation scope.
Standard and optional scope
The plant structure, aggregate system, JS1000 mixer, dosing systems and control system form the core scope. Cement silos, screw conveyors, air compressor, dust collection, enclosure, heating, cooling, recycling equipment and spare parts are project-specific unless listed in the quotation.
Site and utilities
Confirm foundation and ground conditions, loader and truck routes, drainage, power standard, water, compressed air and maintenance access. Foundation drawings must match the final equipment configuration.
Maintenance
Inspect mixer liners, blades, shaft seals, lubrication, belt tracking, bin gates, load cells, pneumatic devices, pumps and electrical terminals. Verify and recalibrate scales after mechanical work.
Capacity note
60 m³/h is theoretical reference capacity. Sustained site output depends on batch fill, mixing time, moisture correction, material replenishment, truck logistics, maintenance and operator practice.
Quotation inputs
Provide average and peak demand, concrete grades, aggregate fractions and maximum size, working hours, site plan, utilities, climate, silo reserve, environmental requirements and commissioning date.
