Product overview
A pan mixer moves material with paddles and scrapers inside a shallow circular chamber. The arrangement can provide practical access for inspecting the chamber and wear parts; final guarding and service access depend on the selected model.
Main components
Circular pan, vertical drive, motor and gearbox, mixing paddles, scrapers, replaceable liners, discharge gate, support frame and safety covers.
Selection and integration
Select pan capacity from the material type, recipe, maximum aggregate size, mixing time, daily cycles and discharge method. Charging, water and admixture dosing, and electrical control are defined for the project.
Installation and maintenance
A level load-bearing base, service area, power supply and lockout procedure are required. Paddles, scrapers, liners, bearings, gearbox and discharge gate need regular inspection.
For selection, provide material type, batch size, aggregate size, daily demand and integration method.
