JS500–JS4000 Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixers
The JS500–JS4000 series covers seven compulsory twin-shaft mixers with nominal batch outputs from 500 to 4,000 L. They work as stand-alone mixers or as the central mixer of a batching plant; drive, charging, discharge and control scope are confirmed for each project.

The JS series includes seven nominal batch outputs from 500 to 4,000 L. Selection depends on the concrete recipe, mixing time, aggregate properties, batching cycle and discharge logistics.
Main components
Mixing body and replaceable liners; two counter-rotating shafts, arms and paddles; motor and gearbox; discharge gate; shaft-end seals and lubrication. Charging, water supply and stand-alone controls are defined for the project.
Selection and matching
Reference matching: JS500—HZS25, JS750—HZS35, JS1000—HZS50/HZS60, JS1500—HZS75/HZS90, JS2000—HZS120, JS3000—HZS180 and JS4000—HZS240. Actual plant output depends on the complete system cycle.
Installation and maintenance
A level load-bearing base, safe service space, power supply and lockout procedure are required. Inspect paddles, liners, shaft seals, gearbox, lubrication and discharge gate each shift.
For selection, provide hourly and daily demand, concrete type, aggregate size, batching cycle and discharge method.
