The planetary mechanism moves the mixing tools around a vertical axis and redistributes material through a circular chamber. It suits precast and special-concrete duties where mix uniformity is important.
Main components
Circular mixing chamber, planetary drive, motor and gearbox, paddles and scrapers, replaceable liners, discharge gate, lubrication and safety guards.
Selection and integration
Batch size is selected from the recipe, maximum aggregate size, mixing time, production cycle and discharge method. Material charging, water and admixture dosing, platform and control integration are defined in the proposal.
Installation and maintenance
A level load-bearing base, power supply, safe service space and lockout procedure are required. Paddles, liners, scrapers, gearbox, gate and seals need regular inspection.
