PLD800–PLD4800 Aggregate Batching Machines
The PLD800–PLD4800 series covers six machines for recipe-based storage, weighing and belt transfer of sand, crushed stone and gravel. Source-reference dry-aggregate throughput is 48–280 m³/h; bin count, weighing arrangement and plant integration are confirmed for each project.
Overview
Product overview
The PLD range batches aggregates according to a concrete recipe. Its six models have weighing hoppers from 800 to 4,800 L and source-reference dry-aggregate throughputs from 48 to 280 m³/h. This is not guaranteed finished-plant output: actual production depends on loading, weighing, conveyor, mixer and discharge cycles.
Main components
Divided storage bins for separate aggregate fractions
Bin gates or feeding elements
Weighing hopper with load cells; separate or cumulative weighing is project-specific
Collecting and discharge belt conveyor
Electrical control and recipe-based sequential batching
Vibrators, pneumatic elements, covers and remote control according to the selected configuration
Selection and matching
PLD800 and PLD1200 suit smaller or compact duties; PLD1600 suits medium-capacity lines; PLD2400 and PLD3200 suit larger plants; PLD4800 suits high-capacity systems. Source-reference matching is PLD800—HZS25, PLD1200—HZS35, PLD1600—HZS50/HZS60, PLD2400—HZS75/HZS90, PLD3200—HZS120 and PLD4800—HZS180. Final selection is checked against the mixer cycle, number of aggregate fractions and loading method.
Configuration and supply scope
Storage-bin volumes and the 2–4 aggregate fractions in the table are reference configurations from the supplied document. The final bin count, loader or belt feeding, separate/cumulative weighing, gate type, vibrators, coatings, control cabinet, cabling and pneumatics are stated in the quotation. Cement, water and chemical-admixture dosing do not form part of the PLD aggregate batcher; they are separate plant systems.
Installation and maintenance
Install supports and anchors on a load-bearing foundation according to the engineering drawing. Plan loader movement and lift, loading height, belt discharge, electrical and compressed-air connections and drainage in advance. Service checks cover free gate movement, belt tracking and tension, rollers, load-cell zero and calibration, vibrators and pneumatic hoses.
Frequently asked questions
Does weighing-hopper volume equal hourly throughput? No. It is the capacity of one weighing cycle; hourly output depends on the complete line cycle.
Is ±2% guaranteed in every condition? It is a source-document reference value. Material properties, weighing arrangement, calibration and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the final proposal.
