LSY219–LSY325 Cement Screw Conveyors
LSY219, LSY273 and LSY325 tubular screw conveyors transfer cement, fly ash and compatible mineral powder through an enclosed line from a silo to the batching plant powder scale. Source-reference capacities are 40, 80 and 110 t/h; actual throughput depends on material properties, conveyor length, inclination and filling level.

Product overview
The LSY series moves powdered material with a rotating screw inside an enclosed round tube. The three reference models use 219, 273 and 325 mm tube diameters between the silo and the batching plant scale for cement, fly ash or compatible mineral powder. The listed 40, 80 and 110 t/h values are factory-source references, not guaranteed site throughput.
Main components
Main components include round steel tube sections with flanged connections; a central shaft with welded screw flights; a gear reducer, electric motor and coupled drive; inlet and discharge connections; bearings, seals and service covers; plus project-specific supports, cabling and controls.
Selection and configuration
Selection is based on material bulk density and flow characteristics, required mass flow, conveyor length and inclination, connection positions and motor duty—not on silo tonnage alone. Variable-frequency control, special supports, additional connections and protection sensors are specified separately.
Installation and maintenance
The conveyor must be aligned and supported without imposing stress on the silo outlet or scale inlet. Before commissioning, check flange sealing, rotation direction, electrical protection and empty running. Routine maintenance covers reducer oil, bearings, seals, flange bolts, screw-flight wear, motor current and abnormal vibration.
