90 m³/h concrete batching plant in Fergana

This HZS90 concrete batching plant was installed in Fergana, Uzbekistan, close to the customer's aggregate-crushing line. Locating the two production systems near each other helps organize aggregate preparation and concrete production as one coordinated process.

Project schedule

The equipment was ordered in February 2026. Manufacturing and delivery were completed within approximately one month. During that period, TANKER supplied foundation drawings so the customer could complete the concrete foundations and site-preparation work before the machinery arrived.

TANKER engineers completed mechanical installation, system checks and commissioning in 15 days, after which the batching plant entered operation.

Supplied configuration

• JS1500 twin-shaft mixer for forced mixing and repeatable batch quality.

• Aggregate batching system and intermediate holding hopper sized for the selected HZS90 process.

• Cement silos and powder-conveying equipment for binder storage and dosing.

• Fully equipped operator cabin with centralized plant controls.

Control and remote support

The plant uses a modern PLC-based control system with multilingual operator functions. The system supports remote diagnostic access, allowing the TANKER technical team to assist with operating questions and fault checks when network conditions permit.

Project result

This project demonstrates a coordinated turnkey workflow: advance foundation documentation, equipment production and delivery, supervised installation, commissioning and operator handover. The final plant provides a nominal capacity of 90 m³/h; actual output depends on recipe, mixing time, aggregate moisture, material feeding and truck logistics.

For an HZS90 configuration, provide the required hourly and daily output, concrete grades, aggregate fractions, cement types, silo reserve, site voltage, climate conditions and available layout area.
