Stationary concrete batching plant project in Andijan

A stationary, belt-fed concrete batching plant has been installed for this project in the Andijan Region. The project photographs confirm a multi-compartment aggregate batching unit, collection and inclined belt conveyors, an elevated forced-action mixer, a cement silo and a screw conveyor.

Project requirement

The site required an integrated production arrangement for receiving aggregates by fraction, batching and transferring them to the mixer, storing cement in an enclosed silo, and mechanically conveying the powder material to the mixing platform.

Selected technical arrangement

The project uses a stationary layout with a multi-compartment aggregate system and belt feeding. The mixing unit is raised on a separate steel support structure, combining material receipt from the inclined conveyor, cement feeding by screw conveyor and discharge of the finished mix into the lower loading zone.

Material flow and site layout

Aggregates are stored by compartment and, after batching, fall onto the lower collection belt. The inclined conveyor transfers the material to the elevated mixing platform. Cement is conveyed from the silo by screw conveyor to the same process level, while the finished mix is discharged into the loading zone below the mixer.

Installation and project status

The photographs confirm that the plant is mechanically assembled at the Andijan site and that the main material-transfer units are connected.
