YHZM mobile drum-mixer concrete batching plant
The YHZM series integrates aggregate batching, belt transfer, water and cement supply, a reversing-drum mixer and control equipment on a compact mobile platform. YHZM50, YHZM60 and YHZM75 models cover a nominal theoretical range of 25–65 m³/h for temporary, distributed or frequently relocated construction sites.
The drum-mixer arrangement is intended for compatible general-purpose concrete recipes. For demanding low-slump, high-strength or multi-component concrete, a twin-shaft forced-action mobile plant should also be evaluated. Actual output depends on recipe, 90–120 second reference mixing time, material condition, loading cycle and site logistics.
Overview
Product overview
YHZM plants combine the principal batching and mixing functions in a transport-oriented structure. The range uses JZM750, JZM1000 and JZM1500 reversing-drum mixers with nominal compacted batch outputs of 0.75, 1.0 and 1.5 m³ respectively.
Model range
YHZM50 is rated at a nominal 25–35 m³/h, YHZM60 at 35–45 m³/h and YHZM75 at 45–65 m³/h. These are reference theoretical ranges; sustained output depends on the actual cycle and supporting material and truck systems.
Aggregate system
The project configuration can use two to four aggregate bins, each typically in the 5–15 m³ range, with cumulative weighing accuracy of ±2%. Aggregate is transferred by belt conveyor to the mixer.
Reversing-drum mixer
The JZM mixer charges and mixes in one direction and discharges by reversing rotation. It offers a compact mechanical arrangement for suitable concrete recipes. Reference mixing time is 90–120 seconds and must be confirmed for the required quality.
Cement, water and admixtures
Powder and liquid supply systems are configured to the selected model and recipes. Cement silos of approximately 50–100 t can be selected as project options; final silo reserve and screw-conveyor capacity depend on consumption and delivery logistics.
Control and electrical system
The plant uses coordinated controls for aggregate batching, conveying, mixer operation, liquids and discharge. Reference family power is approximately 30–65 kW depending on model and ordered configuration. Standard supply is 380 V, 50 Hz unless otherwise specified.
Site and installation
A prepared, level bearing area, drainage, safe traffic routes and utility connections are still required. Vertical silos require engineered foundations. Confirm transport dimensions, crane needs, anchoring and wind conditions for each installation.
Standard and optional scope
Core equipment can include the mobile frame, aggregate bins, belt, JZM mixer, dosing and control equipment. Silos, screws, winter heating, enclosure, dust control, generator interface and spare parts are project-specific.
Maintenance
Inspect drum liners and blades, drive components, belt tracking, gates, load cells, pumps, pneumatic elements and electrical connectors. Clean the drum and discharge system after production and secure all moving parts before relocation.
Information required for quotation
Provide required output, concrete recipes, aggregate sizes, relocation schedule, site power and water, climate, silo reserve, transport restrictions and commissioning date.
