YHZS twin-shaft forced-action mobile concrete batching plant

The YHZS series is a family of mobile wet-mix batching plants with nominal theoretical capacities from 25 to 90 m³/h. The reference range combines JS500–JS1500 twin-shaft forced-action mixers, a three-section aggregate bin, belt transfer, separate cement-water-admixture dosing and automatic control on a relocatable structural platform.

Preassembled modules can reduce site assembly and cabling compared with a conventional stationary layout. Cement silos, screw conveyors, climate equipment and external utilities are selected for the project. Actual output depends on model, recipe, mixing time, aggregate moisture, material supply and truck logistics.

Overview

Why select a mobile plant?

YHZS equipment is intended for projects where the production base may relocate or where installation time and transport organization are major selection factors. It supports ready-mix, road and bridge, industrial and temporary-site concrete production when the selected model and mixer meet the recipe requirements.

Reference plant arrangement

The mobile structural platform integrates the aggregate batching unit, belt conveying, twin-shaft mixer, dosing equipment, control cabin and main electrical and pneumatic interfaces. External powder silos and screw conveyors are configured from consumption and transport constraints.

Aggregate system

A three-section bin stores the required aggregate fractions. Gates batch the materials to the weighing system before belt transfer. Bin volume, feeder arrangement and scale range differ by model and must match loader productivity and the required aggregate size.

JS twin-shaft forced-action mixer

The reference family uses JS500, JS750, JS1000 or JS1500 mixers according to plant model. Twin-shaft mixing supports a broad range of structural and ready-mix recipes. The approved recipe determines the actual mixing time.

Separate dosing and automatic control

Cementitious materials, water and admixtures are measured through their assigned circuits. The centralized system manages recipes, sequence, interlocks, weighing correction, alarms and production records. Moisture correction, remote access and reporting functions are project options.

Transport and installation

Mobile does not mean foundation-free. The site still requires verified bearing areas, level supports, drainage, electrical and water connections, safe access and separate foundations for vertical cement silos where used. Transport dimensions, axle or module loads and crane requirements must be confirmed.

Standard and optional scope

The core scope can include the mobile frame, aggregate unit, belt, mixer, dosing modules and control cabin. Silos, screws, winter enclosure and heating, chilled water, dust collection, generator interface and spare parts are specified separately.

Maintenance and relocation

Inspect mixer wear parts and seals, belt tracking, gates, load cells, lubrication, pneumatic components and electrical connectors. Before relocation, clean the plant, isolate utilities, secure moving assemblies and follow the approved dismantling and transport sequence.

Information required for quotation

Provide target hourly and daily output, concrete grades, aggregate fractions, relocation frequency, site dimensions, ground condition, voltage, climate, silo reserve, transport limits and target commissioning date.
