HZS150 Stationary Batching Plant Installation in Tashkent

Factory project material shows an HZS150 stationary concrete batching plant being assembled in Tashkent. The source lists a stated capacity of 100 m³/h and a 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase supply for this site.

The photographs show a high mixing tower, belt-fed aggregate line, several cement silos and a JS-family twin-shaft mixer. They document installation and final assembly; actual production results and an acceptance-test record are not included in the source.

For a stationary line, foundation loads, silo positions, truck-mixer access, electrical capacity, water and drainage are coordinated in the site design. The final equipment package is selected for the concrete recipes and required cement storage.
