MHZS120 Reduced-Foundation Modular Concrete Batching Plant

A modular wet-mix batching plant with a JS2000 twin-shaft mixer, 4×15 m³ aggregate bins and belt feeding. One documented factory configuration is rated up to 110 m³/h on 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase power; actual output depends on mix design, aggregate moisture, material flow and cycle time.

Overview

Equipment overview

The MHZS120 is a belt-fed wet-mix batching plant whose production modules are integrated on a common steel support base. This arrangement can reduce on-site concrete and foundation work compared with a conventional stationary plant, but it does not eliminate site preparation. A level hardstanding, drainage, electrical and water connections, and an engineering check of local loads are still required.

Main components

• JS2000 forced twin-shaft mixer: 3,200 L charging volume, 2,000 L compacted concrete output and 2×37 kW drives.

• Four 15 m³ aggregate bins with independent weighing and a 3,200 L weighing hopper.

• 1,000 mm horizontal belt and inclined belt conveyor system.

• 920 L cement scale, 600 L water scale and 60 L admixture scale.

• Pneumatic system, main tower, service platforms, stairs and an air-conditioned control room.

• The number of cement silos and screw conveyors is selected for the required storage and project logistics.

Dosing and control

The factory document lists nominal accuracy of ±2% for aggregate and ±1% for cement, water and admixture. The plant can be configured with automatic and manual modes, recipe storage, production reporting and video monitoring. Electrical-component brands and data-retention functions are confirmed in the order specification.

Installation and transport

Some configurations require the customer to prepare the site water tank. One documented package was planned for three 40HC containers excluding silos; this is not a universal shipping quantity. Final base loads, container count, crane requirements and the installation plan are calculated for the site and selected silo arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

Does “foundation-free” mean no site preparation? No. It describes a steel base arrangement that reduces conventional foundation work.

Will the plant always produce 110 m³/h? This is the nominal rating of a documented configuration. Site output depends on mix design, material moisture, and loading and discharge logistics.

How many silos are required? Different source lists show different quantities, so silo and screw numbers are presented as a project-specific selection rather than a fixed standard.

Information needed for selection

Please provide the required m³/h, concrete grades, aggregate fractions, daily shifts, grid parameters, lowest winter temperature, available area, cement storage requirement and transport restrictions. The final configuration, electrical load and layout can then be prepared.
