MHZS120 Reduced-Foundation Batching Plant in Kyrgyzstan

The main process units of an MHZS120 modular wet-mix concrete batching plant have been assembled at a mountainous production site in Kyrgyzstan. The project record specifies a 110 m³/h configuration rating, a JS2000 twin-shaft mixer, four 15 m³ aggregate bins, and 380 V / 50 Hz three-phase power.
Project context
The site photographs show a complete line comprising four cement silos, aggregate receiving bins, a belt conveyor, mixing tower, and control room. The customer name and concrete mix designs are not disclosed.
Selected solution
The MHZS120 is a modular wet-mix plant designed to reduce foundation work. Modular supports help organize the main units; final supports and anchoring remain subject to the engineering drawings for the specific site. Aggregates are transferred by belt conveyor to the main tower with a JS2000 mixer.
Main configuration
Parameter | Project record |
|---|---|
Plant model | MHZS120 modular wet-mix plant |
Project capacity | 110 m³/h — configuration rating in the source, not a measured operating result |
Mixer | JS2000 forced twin-shaft; 3,200 L input / 2,000 L output; 37 kW × 2 |
Aggregates | 4×15 m³ bins, independent weighing, ±2% |
Belt feeding | 1,000 mm wide; 2.0 m/s; 37 kW |
Cement weighing | 920 L; 200–1,200 kg; ±1% |
Water and admixture | water 600 L, ±1%; admixture 60 L, 10–60 kg, ±1% |
Discharge height | up to 4.1 m |
Power supply | 380 V / 50 Hz / 3 phase; the source lists approximately 200 kW installed power |
Control | automatic and manual modes, recipe storage, fault detection, four-camera monitoring, and audible/visual alarms |
Process flow
Four aggregate fractions are stored and weighed independently before the 1,000 mm belt conveyor transfers them to the mixing tower. Cement is supplied through an enclosed screw conveyor, while water and admixture are delivered through separate dosing circuits to the JS2000. Mixed concrete is discharged at up to 4.1 m into a transport vehicle.
Current status
Project photographs confirm that the main steel structures and process units are assembled on site. The source does not include a commissioning certificate, measured hourly output, or concrete mix records. The 110 m³/h figure is therefore not guaranteed actual output; real production varies with mix design, aggregate moisture, mixing cycle, material supply, and truck logistics.
For a comparable project, send TANKER the required hourly and daily output, concrete grades, aggregate fractions, site dimensions, power standard, and required silo configuration.
