Project overview

This case shows an MHZS90 concrete batching plant installed at a construction-materials site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The factory document lists a 60 m³/h project configuration and 380 V/50 Hz power.

Verified configuration

The project photographs clearly show a JS1500 mixer, a four-compartment aggregate batching unit, a collecting belt below the batching section, and an inclined belt conveyor. Aggregates are discharged from the compartments to the belt and then conveyed to the elevated mixing module.

Site layout

The equipment is arranged in a linear flow beside the aggregate stockpiles. This layout keeps the loader route to the bins straightforward and makes the material path from batching to mixing easy to inspect.

Project status and note

The photographs verify that the equipment was assembled on site. The source does not provide final commissioning-test results, daily production data, silo quantity, or dosing accuracy.
