Product overview

MHZS90 is a modular wet batching plant built around a JS1500 forced twin-shaft mixer and belt feeding. It provides a larger batch than MHZS60, but the model number should not be treated as guaranteed site output. GXZG’s MHZS90 project records use 60 m³/h as a practical configuration reference.

Confirmed main arrangement

• GXZG photographs confirm the JS1500 mixer, four-compartment aggregate unit, horizontal and inclined belts, mixing tower, service platforms and control cabin.

• Factory project material lists 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase power.

• An integrated steel support base is used to reduce conventional site concreting.

Project-selected equipment

Silo and screw quantities, bin volumes, scales, installed power, discharge height, electrical brands, enclosure and winter package are fixed by the technical brief. The image library includes standard GXZG colours, customer-specified red equipment and twin-line layouts; these are not one standard package.

Output note

The 60 m³/h figure is a factory project reference. Actual production depends on the mix, mixing and discharge times, aggregate moisture, operation and truck-mixer queue. The cycle must be checked for each proposal.

Installation and service

Plan a load-bearing hardstand, drainage, power, water, crane access and truck routes. Inspect mixer liners and blades, belts, rollers, pneumatics, scales and filters on a defined schedule.

Information needed for a proposal

Provide required real output, concrete grades, aggregate fractions, shifts, climate, grid, site size, cement storage and transport limits. TANKER can then prepare the exact equipment list and layout.
