MHZS60 Reduced-Foundation Modular Concrete Batching Plant

Product overview

MHZS60 is a compact wet concrete batching plant using a JS1000 forced twin-shaft mixer and belt-fed aggregates. Its working modules sit on an integrated steel support base, reducing the amount of site concreting and conventional foundation work compared with a typical stationary plant. It does not mean installation without site preparation.

Confirmed main arrangement

• GXZG factory photographs confirm the JS1000 mixer, a four-compartment aggregate unit, horizontal and inclined belts, mixing tower, service platforms and control cabin.

• The factory MHZS60 project record provides a 40 m³/h reference and 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase power.

• Cement silos, screw conveyors, and water and admixture dosing circuits are selected for the project.

Parameters to confirm

Usable bin volume, installed power, discharge height, silo and screw quantities, scale volumes, electrical brands and winter package must be fixed in the order specification. The 40 m³/h figure is a factory project reference; real output depends on the mix, aggregate moisture, cycle time and truck-mixer logistics.

Site and installation

A level load-bearing hardstand, drainage, safe crane area, power and water connections are still required. Supports and local loads must be checked by an engineer against site geology and the final silo arrangement.

Maintenance and spares

Daily checks cover mixer liners and blades, belt tracking, rollers, pneumatics, scales and dust filters. The wear-parts package should match operating hours and local service capability.

Provide target hourly demand, concrete grades, aggregate fractions, shifts, grid details, winter temperature, available area and cement storage. TANKER can then prepare the exact layout and commercial configuration.
